I'll answer for the benefit of any new members perusing this board:
Storm Radar Extenders are available at Xang Xi stations (in Ukari, Latos & Sedina) and require XX standing of about +200
Heavy Storm Radar Extenders are available from Ineubis stations but are not as useful since they are large port.
The Repair Module MkII requires a Mentor Level 2 Badge -- probably easiest to buy these from other players.
The Aeolus Light Repair Module (small port) is available at Aeolus stations (Helios & Ukari). Requires license of 4/4/2/-/- and rumored to require about +200 faction standing.
Any member of EMS will have sufficient licenses to buy the Fast Charge Powercell.

OK. So post to this: www.vendetta-online.com/x/msgboard/3/21865#270268Lets see if we can get a bit of interest stirred for the new reptech that is SO overdue in VO. If I can rally any of us, especially those not currently active in-'Verse, lets try and give the devs some new ideas. SOUND OFF!!!!

Hoorah for Elvis!
Oh wait, now that I think of it, I think it might have been CoreRep who was Visitor.
Anyways, hoorah for medics across the universe, we have badges and tech headed our way!
Tell me how it handles, since I won't get to find out myself.

ZOMG! Of course it was CNH! Shoot, I ought to have remembered that one, I was trying to spearhead UPK alongside him.
Though it didn't get very far... :/
I/We should update medic requirements just a tad bit, actually, since this is a large in increase in the potential of repair modules, even perhaps in really practical, common use. Though the small version has much less *pow* than others, it certainly makes a large difference, because equipped even by a Warthog Gatling fighter, it can give an ally an 'extra life', literally. It also means we can think of having a fighter/medic hybrid, very practically.

I'm still a tyro in VO but I've been offered the small repair modules in Helios and Itan, and the large one in Itan as well. (not the version II, the large port one.) Is that a recent change? My current licenses are 7/7/6/8/5 if that helps.
