The levels on the alt I'm applying for are

I know I need to get my heavy up one more license, but Little Death said in-game that I should post my application anyway.

The alt I'm applying for is Spedy2, and he's part of UIT.

My other alts are: Spedy[ITAN] and PlasmaArc, of Serco.

I played a few years ago, but for some reason I stopped playing for a year or 2 and now I'm back!
