[EMS] is now considering a new policy, which we are announcing now and then potentially adding within the next week. Feedback is supported, we want to know how you view this change.

[EMS] will now allow people to 'buy' our medics out of a contract, only under the following criteria and at the medic's discretion:
1. The payment must be a minimum of 1.5x the payment the original contract
2. The person(s) desiring a contract must strictly be currently acting against the person(s) currently contracting the medic
Should the medic be offered this new contract, he will alert the person(s) currently contracting him, and consequently the medic can negotiate the exchange or an offer from the current group overriding the people wishing to buy out the contract.
